FIRST TIME CLIENTS PLEASE READ⬇️
New clients must use the "First Time Client Book Here" section, with a 50% service charge. Remaining balance is cash only. Failure to book under this section results in immediate appointment cancellation. Clients not booked for over a year are also considered first-time clients.
• $25- Non refundable fee goes towards your appointment. The remaining balance MUST BE PAID IN CASH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• LOCATION: 820 E 87th Street Chicago, IL
• Please Confirm all appointments before midnight or risk cancellation; no same-day confirmations are accepted under any circumstances.
• RESCHEDULING POLICY: One reschedule is allowed; must do so 24 hours before your appointment, or forfeit deposit. Deposits valid for 30 days.
• NO CALL NO SHOW: No call, no show: Card charged full remaining balance 30 mins post-appointment if you do not contact me to cancel. Future bookings will be prohibited.

• LATE POLICY: After 10 minutes you MUST reschedule for the next available time and date. Please be mindful of my time and the clients that are after you.
• REFUND POLICY: Refunds are granted at my discretion. Lash issues are fixed free within 72 hours. No free fixes for faster shedding due to watering eyes; fill-in fee will be required.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Canceling within 24 hours forfeits your deposit, no exceptions.
•IF you cancel 2 appointments in a row you will be banned from booking any future appointments.
•BANNED CLIENTS: If you receive a booking error, do not use alternate info (name, email, or number); cancellation or denial at the door will follow.
Lash Class Pol: Class bookings require confirmation of date availability; please reach out to me via text before booking. No refunds for cancellations; deposits are non-refundable and forfeited upon cancellation. Deposits secure your spot but are valid for rescheduling only within 30 days. No call, no show incurs a 50% charge; a $150 fee applies for a no show on a fully paid class if you reach out to reschedule after the fact. No refunds for unrescheduled classes.
